I'm afraid this won't help much either because I was aiming for "The Chosen One", so I sent this Elf on lvl 1:
Strength 10
Dexterity 16
Intelligence 14
Leadership 9
Bravery 12
Toughness 15
Swiftness 15
He of course got his 20 shields (eventhough I recall he wasn't fully healed at the time) - It's all about dexterity...
