hmm - i`m i blind.... cant see that this SE modifies anything - exept my elfs are away 4 days. Has anyone had it before?
The Council of Bows
All elves have been summoned to the annual council of bows.
They must travel to the forest of Alda, which is a 2 day journey.
As a result you will have to do without these delicate folk for 4 days.

Had it a year ago. Same outcome - all Elves become unavailable for 4 days.
